This is a fun twist to a Greek staple: french fries. Aside from being delicious, adding flowers to your fried potatoes just ups the class of this side dish.
10-15 medium sized fingerlings, sliced finely (skins on)
1/2 tablespoon Tutti Fiori
Sale Fiori to taste
Over medium high heat add olive oil to large sauté pan. When oil starts to sizzle (make sure it doesn’t smoke-that means the heat is too high) add sliced potatoes. Flip occasionally and let cook until golden brown and crispy. Remove potatoes from oil and place on plate with paper napkins underneath to absorb oil. Add Tutti Fiori & Sale Fiori to taste. Serve hot!
