The Best Pitted Kalamata Olive

A recent addition to our inventory is the Pitted Kalamata from Agrosparta. As Greeks with a family history of olive curing and annual olive oil pressing, we have high standards for these products. I am not usually a fan of pitted olives because they do not tend to hold their texture or flavor as well as olives with pits. However, I do understand the appeal of throwing pitted olives into salads where you don’t have to worry about breaking your tooth!

I was truly impressed by Agrosparta’s Pitted Kalamata Olives, they are the best pitted kalamata I’ve ever had. I would recommend trying them. A great price for a lot of olive!
