Kalamata Figs with Fiori & Salt and Maletti Balsamico

1  14 oz package dried Kalamata Crown Figs

1/4 cup whole hazelnuts, toasted

1/4 cup blue cheese (blue goat cheese is our preference)

Optional: 3 oz Pancetta, sliced thin

Maletti Balsamic Vinegar

Fiori & Salt



Preheat oven to 300. Place hazelnuts on small baking tray and raost for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Trim stem from figs and score an “x” on the top of each fig. Place blue cheese and hazelnut in center of fig. If using pancetta, wrap it around fig. Drizzle with Maletti Balsamic Vinegar and sprinkle Fiori & Salt on top. Place figs in oven until warm, about five minutes. Serve hot!
