Luxuriously rich in flavor, these pinoli are sourced from dedicated Italian farms in Abruzzo, Italy. Use these 100% Italian pine nuts raw or toasted, in pasta dishes or pesto, for cookies or tortes, or to garnish chicken dishes, seafoods or salads.

To toast, place raw nuts on a sheet pan in a cold oven and set temperature to 350 degrees. Toast until half the nuts are golden brown. Remove the pan from oven and cool.
